How to make delicious pasta?
- Prepare dough: 5 eggs and 3 cups of flour to make 3 portions. Mix with water, knead into dough, and cut into sections.

This product is great, the design is a bit flawed though, pasta dough gets stuck in it if you use it too fast.

For the price, you really can't go wrong with this pasta roller. I'm terrible at cooking, but I had no issues with this device - my noodles didn't turn out great, but not because of the roller!! My husband has much better success with this. It's easy to put together out of the box, and cleaning is pretty easy too.

After seeing a pasta maker on a friend's wedding registry, I just had to get one for myself. It is a bit challenging to clean but is worth the efforts in order to attempt to make traditional pasta in one's own kitchen. I am excited to experiment with gluten-free recipes to better feed my family's diverse dietary needs, but I know that will be a challenge worth attempting once I've mastered regular gluten-filled pasta. The spaghetti noodle making attachment is probably the heaviest part of the maker. I also did not love that the bottom's metal is almost sharp. It is also difficult to put away in the original box with the accompanying styrofoam pieces. Its not impossible, just tricky.

Constructed from high grade stainless steel this pasta maker is great. Various and adjustable attachments make for a very useful pasta maker at an affordable price. You can make all kinds of pasta and dumplings at different thicknesses with this machine. It's easy to assemble and switch out the pasta blades. Even easier to clean and maintain.

Surely there are electric options out there, but it is the hand crank portion of this that makes this pasta machine authentic. Making good pasta is not supposed to be easy, as the effort is part of the love that makes it delicious. This machine is made from solid material, is intuitive to use, and easy to store. Any home chef would be happy with this machine as an addition to their kitchen--my family is all the grateful for it.

Bought this pasta maker for my husband and he was really impressed with this. Easy to use and works well. Pasta was fresh and delicious Just a nice size too which sits nicely in the kitchen.

This is my first pasta machine and I find it works great. I use it for making flat sheet pasta for lasagna, tortelloni and pappardelle. I don't use the attachment so I'm not sure how well that works. Quick and easy clean up.

The pasta maker was packaged excellently and is VERY sturdy including the base. While it appeared more compact than expected, that will be a benefit when it needs to be stored. It was easy to assemble, and the smoothness of handle turning was great. While I havent used it yet, I am very excited to do so! The instructions appear easy to follow.. it gave good pointers and tips and the recipe looks to be clear and simple. .I fully expect to have pasta success when I Use it. I also appreciated that it stressed in the product description that everything was FOOD GRADE quality and that the manufacturers were purposely using better metals, thus avoiding inferior metal suffering some shearing which creates metal dust contaminating their product and food, . As a consumer I appreciated being told about that as an avoided potential hazzzard, that I would not have even thought of. It was what decided me to buy their product after having done 6 months of research. WELL DONE. Very Satisfied.
