Those bits were not made by this company. I returned those bits and ordered this one.When I first received it, I was impressed that it was in a nice box with nice padding. First impressions are pretty important to me.When I took the bit out of the box, I noticed it had clear easy to read engraved markings on it. The bit felt solid and heavy.This bit felt sharp. And it is. I used it on some plywood for a project, and it cut easily through.I haven't had a chance to try this on metal, but I have a feeling it will be fine. But most of my use for this bit will be holes in wood for wiring. This bit should last me a while.I give this bit 4 stars for sure.

I bought this to enlarge the holes in 1 mm thick stainless steel sheet metal. It worked very well for that purpose. It left some burrs behind, but that is not an unusual occurrence.The case that the bit comes in is overkill. The case is a latched hard case with foam insert. The case is several times the size of the bit. It just seems like a waste of plastic. Having a small case is fine to protect the bit in a tool box, but a large case isn't going to be used because it takes up too much room.The case aside, this step bit worked exactly as it is supposed to, so it gets a 5 star rating.

Contrairement au forêt étagé précédent avec lequel je n'avais pu agrandir que 8 trous dans des plaque d'acier inoxidale de 2 mm avant qu'elle ne devienne inutilisable. Avec celui-ci, j'ai agrandi 108 trous dans les même plaques et le foret ne parrait pas usé du tout.
