I needed one lense to replace. I was able to clean out the old glass using the tools provided. Application can be a bit tricky. Make sure you use the supplied tweezers. All in all happy to have the glass replaced and no dust or water getting into my phone.

Glass cracked after 2 days after install. Glass is super thin and definitely not OEM equivalent

These lens replacements do not look anything like the OEM, but you get what you pay for. Installation is not that hard, you just need to be very meticulous. The adhesive appear to work fine, and you just need to figure out which one corresponds to each camera. To make it easy for you, the thickest circle is the top camera, the middle one is the one below, and the finest circle is for the camera that is to right.
