I used this to grind down some rough patches in a concrete floor. Worked fine and did the job. I recommend getting a dust collector hood that attaches to a shop vac to keep the mess down.

Grinds down concrete blocks like a hot knife going through butter...Very good tool at a very good price!

I it worked well but this is for getting up close into tight spots, you wouldn't want to do a whole room with a small diameter wheel like this.
