I had to cut several pieces of 4 inch square steel tubing with 1/4 inch side walls. 8 pieces were cut,, cutting .cutting one side at a time of the 4 inch steel tube. I had the wrong too for the job, Dewalt battery grinder. Only used one blade. I first purchased some blades that showed them cutting a steel square tube. All the did was bounce around and scratch the surface

Slower than a regular disc on metal but effective and safe . Very impressed for the price

They do last, but they do cut slower on 1/8 steel. Also the slots can catch a lip if your not careful

Been using it for a month on pipe, flat stock, angle stock, and 1095 as well as wood. Ot does the job and hasent quit yet.

I don’t get the other reviews because my experience has been poor. 10 minutes to cut 3/16†for 10â€.

We use these to cut wire in tires. They work great for that.

I've only had to use one so far. It has made multiple cuts through 1/7-1/4 steel pieces. These work better than using multiple cut off wheels.
