Gasket material is well packaged, has protective plastic on the shiny side and it of good quality. The only issue with silicone gasket material is finding a glue to stick to it for applications requiring that. That's my problem however and not a reflection on this item.

Got these for a "one off" application. Application was 'cut into 1 inch wide stripes and throw away when job complete'... The job required another type of answer to the "one off" idea. Fine by me... These are GREAT rubber pads and I hated the thought of them ending up in a trash can after one use. So I keep these. Great firm cushion... Sticky rubber backing... Nope... These be mine! And trust me, I WILL find ways to use them... they are just that good!
