Looks good but is awful. Leaks. Buy a brass one if you need this.

I was hesitant to buy this splitter after reading some of the reviews; however, I decided to give it go anyways. I received it and installed it right away and I’m blown away with how great it is. No leaks no issues. The ease of turning on the individual valves is 1 billion times better than my last 2 way valve. Hopefully it holds up for seasons to come. But as of right now it’s everything I could have possibly wanted and more!

I bought this as a stocking stuffer (12/24) but just today (7/3) got around to hooking it up. It seems sturdy enough and even when I knew there was a leak it was hard to see. It looked like a manufacturing seam had not been completed somehow. I have a 2way valve from them that works great but I learned a lesson. TEST as SOON AS POSSIBLE to look for manufacturing errorsUpdate: 7/27Much to my surprise, they contacted me and sent me a new one. The new one tested just fine. I am upgrading to 4 stars.

this style of hose manifold has mount holes position equidistant from front and back of unit - so it cannot be mounted on a flush surface and just screwed directly in using those holes. they all like this even the brass unit so you need spacers or craft a mount out of wood. this unit has good sized on/off levers and the outputs aligned makes for a tidier install than the splayed brass versions.took off a star because if you over tighten the output hookup it rotate the thread in the mount and starts to leak. reversing that turn solved the leak, but it not feel 100% robust. but i expect all the not brass ones are similar in this regard so gets some slack.**update - now ONE STAR - this device started to leak from end of fixture as well so not useable. Of course it’s 32 days after purchase so Amazon not returnable. This very weak design - stick to the fully cast brass versions.

The product seems of lesser quality but only because it is so light and simple. It is of very good quality and made of durable materials. It came with extra washers. The valves are easy to turn on and off.

In this case it came, I installed, and it worked great the 1st time around. Hopeful it stays that was for the next 5 years. If not I will be back to tell you what happened.

The little things matter a lot. This product is high quality construction. It comes with extra washers just in case your hoses need them. It also comes with teflon tape, just in case your faucet is a little loose or worn. The operation of the valves is very smooth. Put it on hand tight and had no leaks!
