100 percent zirconium grain is fast cutting with long life, resulting in fewer change overs and increased productivity. Zirconium grain features multi- crystal, fast cut rate, self- sharpening, stands up to heavy pressure and high temperatures and high rate of stock removal and long life.
Our Type 29 styles flap discs have a zirconia alumina grain and work with angle grinder and suitable provide smooth and precise grinding on sheet metal, stainless steel and other common metals. The type 29 styles for aggressive stock removal, edge beveling and chamfering applications. If grinding fillet welds is necessary, our angled discs get optimal contact.

These blades are heavy duty enough that my son uses them to sharpen hay mower blades. Paired with Milwaukee cordless grinder, made hay season easier to finish. They work great for wood as well, but can be really aggressive.

I use these on my angle grinder to sharpen my mower blades. After sharpening 2 dull blades and making lots of sparks, the disc still looks like new.This pack will last me a long time. They were a good value.

I like this Type 29 disc over the Type 27. These discs worked out well but I noticed that some of the grits last longer than others. Knocked down the rust quickly though. These are a good value and reasonably priced. They may not last as long as some brand names but they cost less than half the price too and are still decent quality discs.

Perfect fit and great quality, used them to sand and remove some paint on my steel post in the garage so I could repaint it. This made the job much faster and easier, got the post free of paint and also smoothed the post out. They last quite a while, much longer than normal sandpaper and a sander would have lasted. 10/10
