brackets are heavy and good quality would purchase again

These brackets are covered on the inside surface with a thin film of blue plastic. I believe this to help prevent scratching. But they are pre scratched down the center of the brackets all look about the same. Some have additional scratches. Looks like a production problem. With these scratches it is difficult to remove plastic coating.
