Good value - why spend more? Installs in 5 minutes. Working as promised so far (installed about a month ago). Ice stopped producing when the bin was full like itâ€™s supposed to. Started making ice again when level dropped below the sending line.

These replacement circuit boards are very easy to install and are working well (as of this review). The OEM ones were $180.00. versus these at $20.00. I would recommend these if your Ice Maker is having issues.

My frig would randomly stop making ice. As time went on, the problem got worse until the ice maker completely stopped. This board has fixed the problem and is far less expensive then the Kitchen Aid website though the website has a video on how to replace the board. This is an exact fit replacement control board for my Kitchen Aid frig and came with instructions on how to read the status LED.

For a 20 year old Kenmore, it's more than worth it and easy to install. Anything is worth doing yourself than calling a repairman. The house call alone would cost probably 5 times this product. I could be wrong, but I believe the ice maker can still make ice without this. The one I replaced for this product, the light wasn't working for years on it and forgot there was a light.It's worth the price to trouble shoot, and turned out to be the ice maker. I had no idea this fridge would last this long, and seeing what nightmares new ice makers are on newer fridges, this product and only 50.00 for a new ice maker, was the deal of the century for me.

This product worked well for slightly over 3 months. Received on 5/17 and installed on 5/17 and failed on 08/05. The product is much cheaper OEM but if it only lasts 3 months it's not worth the value.

Ordered a part for my Whirlpool Refrigerator to allow the ice maker to worked. The part was perfect and easily installed. Had ice going in short order. Very pleased!!
