These kit of 24 12x12 1/8" basswood is well crafted. Very minor warping on a few sheets otherwise nicely sanded and finished. The price is comparable to others. I would recommend no issues with cutting or using for my home decor crafts.

12x12x1/8†exactly. I was hesitant as I was using a different brand for a laser cut 21 sheet project and needed 8 more sheets and this was the better buy at the time. The project is 12x36â€. These sheets fit perfectly in my 12x12 jig to match adjacent side pieces. Then I noticed the grain is more pronounced in this brand which is a good thing. The project will be painted but I like the grain and overall quality of this set better. The other brand I was using had some warped boards that I got away with for the most part but about 5 were unusable. This brand seems better in that aspect too. The first 5 sheets I’ve pulled out so far and used were nice and flat, as flat as could be expected for sure.

You really can't go wrong with this stuff. No, not every piece is perfectly flat. I've been a woodworker for many, many years and perfectly flat wood is hard to come by without a jointer and a planer. Sure, this is ply, but guess what? Ply is wood, too! Wood warps! Whatever warp this wood does have is so negligible that it really doesn't matter! I use this mostly on my laser, and I've built all sorts of different things from templates, boxes, signs, games, jigs, to intricate detailed work like mock-ups, etc. I have absolutely ZERO complaints about this pack of basswood, and this is my second pack from them. Beyond pleased with this product.

Measured several sheets with digital calipers and these are almost exactly 1/10" not 1/8" or even 3mm thick. Significant difference that will cause issues with any laser cut files that are not adjusted properly to compensate.

Product arrived quickly and these are great quality. Using a 40w diode laser to cut and engrave. I’ve already ordered 2 packs and will definitely be getting more!

I’m using these for cutting on my P2 laser. Some boards are slightly warped but nothing that couldn’t be held down with clamps to cut. Ordered twice.
