I ordered this part from the recommendation of a person on YouTube, that was not trying to fix their four wheel drive but instead fix the air flow from their blower vents. This person had a 2001 Ford Excursion that under a load or when you gave the Excursion gas, the air flow from the air conditioner would stop coming out the front vents and start coming out the defrost. I also have a 2001 Ford Excursion with the exact same issue. So with some doubt and skepticism, I went forward ordering the part. Absolute perfect fit, took less than 2 minutes to install this new part, and SOUNDS CRAZY, but the airflow issue is now fixed!!!
