Nice and strong jaws that hold shade cloth and frost proof cloth very well in my garden. The clips are rounded with enough of a curve to go around my supports and stakes well. They do have a sharpish edge finish, but I haven't been cut by them.

I bought these to hold my freeze cloths around my plants. I clipped them to poles and to hold the cloths together. They held through wind and snow. I also use them when I need to clip something but I don't need an actual clamp. They are really handy. I did need to roll the freeze cloths edges for the clip to hold. Just putting the edges together wasn't enough purchase to hold. I like them.

These have strong grip for 3/8 or up to 3/4 inch pvc, im sure they would be great for sunshade or bird netting, but they are sharp and cut holes in greenhouse plastic covering.

I ordered two bags of these clips. They are well made and strong, easy to clip on things and stay put. I have been using them outside to clip covers over plants to protect from cold. They work great.
