I wasn't sure how well these would hold mesh over my hoops for the garden during high winds and hail storms, especially since they slide easily along the hoop, but they held up perfectly. I like that I can easily slide the fabric up to access the plants but that they stay in place during extreme weather.

Purchased this because I needed something to secure garden netting around garden sticks framing a garden bed. These are sturdy, but to an small extent. The more you remove them from garden sticks, the more they seem to fit loose the next time you snap them back on. While I won't agree to them being worth the price, the product was useful for securing netting or plastic tunneling.

Really cheap. These do not open and close. Must have exact size pipe to slip on to.

They fit ½" O.D. pipe just fine. Tight fit. Being plastic they will lose much of their grip in the hot sun. They do open a bit when you compress handle/wings. Must be some good use for them, but I didn't find any yet.

I got the impression from the picture and description that this was a clamp. Ot is really just a stiff plastic piece that you press on the hoop covering your garden to hold plastic cover in place. It tips the plastic cover when you try to snap it in place. I should have purchased binder clips from the office store. Would have worked perfectly and not caused so much frustration
