We ordered these for a row cover in our garden made from 3/4" PVC pipe bows and a removable plastic cover. These hold the cover on well, unless it gets very windy and have been sturdy with daily removal and reclamping. Much better than the last brand we tried that snapped in half on the first try.

Ordered the 25mm/0.98"....they measure 23.2mm/0.91"...useless for all American metal pipes, too small for 3/4" and to large for 1/2".

Bought 20 in 2021 to hold 6mm plastic or anti bug netting, as required, on 3/4' conduit hoops attached to our planter boxes. They have survived a winter of freezing and cooking under a 40C 'heat dome'. Just bought 30 more.

These did fling off the centre post when I pulled the tarp with enough strength
