I had been struggling with cheap plastic clips to keep by coverings on my hoops over my garden. The plastic ones worked with the cheaper netting I put over my one bed but not with the metal poultry fence as it was too stiff. These are simply bigger and can keep the netting in place without too much force which is nice compared to the cheap plastic ones. If you are looking for a heavy duty option, I would stay away, but to keep lightweight stuff in place this does well

Hold up your flowers onto sticks. Easy to use. Clips easily to use the deer covering to protect your garden. Great for the money.

It's a good product. They open and shut easily without damaging my plants. I have also used them with some other DIY projects around the house. I will keep buying more. But, I do not think they are actually stainless. The color and weight are off and they rust in a few months in salt air, which stainless wouldn't do. Still like them a lot.
