I needed to add some shade cloth over my garden and these were much easier to use than tying the mesh up. I made a frame from 3/4 conduit and pulled the shade cloth over it. Clipped down one side with these clips then pulled it taut and clipped the opposite side. I have had them up since start of the season and haven't noticed any discoloration or stiffening of the material (no cracking). All together pleased with them.

Yes, they worked to fasten our greenhouse plastic to our pvc frame, but they were difficult to attach, tore into the plastic .
