I purchased these to hold netting cover for garden crops. Found them useful for other things. They do not seem to rust. They work great in the kitchen for closing bags of chip and bags of cat food. I used them to hold a frost cover for my lemon bush.They hold tight but are not difficult to open, a plus for me. Would buy again.

Thanks to other reviews, I bought these and they are working great. They are sturdy and we are using them to hold tarp edges closed and to secure cloth for winterization.

I purchased the 20 clamp option to first see the quality. I intended to use these for clamping insect netting on 3/4" pvc pipe. They do fit the pipe, and the clips would work for this purpose. However, they are made of a very thin gauge steel. Hence the lower rating for sturdiness. And time will tell how durable they are. As stated in the description, the front edge is smooth, and they do have a thick spring. However, the side edges are extremely sharp and pose a hazard. Updated 7/1/2023. Customer service at Samhopo reached out to me and expressed concern about my comment about the clips having a sharp edge. They said that they are working with the manufacturer to address this problem, and they offered me replacement clips having less of a sharp edge. I give Samhopo an A+ for their service, and I am bumping up my rating to 4 stars. Despite my initial concern about the sharp edge, the clips are a great value, and they are very helpful for shading the garden with shade cloth.

I bought these to use for a photo backdrop. But they’re fantastic little clips! I have some in the kitchen - works great for chip bag clips, in the freezer, and even in the garden. Nothings rusted yet.They can be a little sharp on edges so just use carefully.Overall these were a great multi purpose buy.

They work fine. Great for the price, but just stamped metal. Edges aren't smoothed or rolled. Put several in a pocket of my work belt, then immediately cut myself retrieving one. I'd think these might cut the plastic film if I used them to make a hoop house.I bought them for making blanket forts, but can't give them to kids like this. I wrapped a few in tape, since we didn't have time to order replacements.I'm sure I'll find a use for them, but the sharp edges make them unsuitable for use by kids or on fabric, plastic sheeting, or other easily damaged materials.

We have close to 50 Raised Beds in just about every variation you can imagine. All from the same manufacturer. We paid good money for these beds and do as little to cause any damage as possible to the finishes on them.I have looked for clips to assist in clipping our bed covers when frost hits our area of North Central Florida. Because of the design of our beds, these clips need to have a solid spring built-in to them in order to prevent damage to the surfaces of our beds when the wind blows the covers and the metal from the clips contacts and scrapes them.These are the first clips that I have ordered this year that had strong springs in them. If this is what you need, then these are for you.Worth the price for sure.5 Stars

Packaging was good and product arrived undamaged. These are great for clamping soft material and heavy duty plastic to my vegetable garden metal sides. I will be using these next winter to clamp down my frost blankets on my citrus trees, as they are sturdy and can take the punishment of strong winds. Happy with the product!
