These were just what I needed to hold the netting on the PVC pipe over my strawberry box. The clips can be positioned horizontally or vertically. They give a tight fit but can easily be popped off and repositioned. Perfect.

I typically buy things even if there are low reviews to see for myself. This was a flop. I bought this to hold greenhouse plastic to my PVC hoop house. The plastic is so thin. It's very similar to a credit card thickness. I snapped these on and they were very loose. Most blew off in the first day or so. I thought it was going to be PVC thick and it's def not. Do yourself a favor and look for something else.
