2nd time I've bought these clips. They proved to be trustworthy holding heavy duty type of visqueen that I cover my many fruit trees & plants to protect them from freezing. Last year we had 4 days of high wind & hard freeze; these clips held the visqueen in place. Where as the other type I had that claimed to do the job failed. To prepare for this winter I again bought these, except this time I bought 200 clips & trashed the other type. So far it February & my part of a Florida hasn't frozen yet but February likes to throw us surprise parties. I also use these in my kitchen to close up bags of chips etc.

We like these for securing netting to 1/2†electrical metal conduit (aka, EMT) which we used to make hoops over our garden beds. These clips are so easy to open, and fit just right. Hopefully they will hold up; they aren’t as tight as other brands but so far we like them!

Slips off somethings. I find them useful for close that needs clips on hangers. I also use them for sealing chip bags. AND to put notes on my lampshade by my bed.😀

Used these little clips to attach my netting to the structure around my blueberry bushes. Grab nicely and hold tight. Used on may other projects in the garden also. They look cheap at first glance, but they work wonderfully for so many uses when you need a clip to bite in and hold tight - works so much better than clothes pins did.

I used these clips to secure bird netting over hoops installed in large fabric raised beds. We clipped and unclipped them as we accessed the vegetable plants underneath for harvests. Several of them failed and fell apart within just a few uses getting in and out of the beds, and more of them fail with each use. I would not describe them as heavy duty, they are fairly flimsy and light weight and they become easily off-centered while squeezing the clip and then cannot be re-centered and break. I would not recommend these.

These clips are too small for 3/4 pvc pipes, perhaps going with a larger clip, say 1â€.
