This grippers fit well on the 1/2 inch PVC frames I made to cover my plants for the winter. They pinch open just enough to get them over the fabric and on the pipe. They are easy to use. My biggest concern is they are made from plastic which often breaks down in the sunlight and heat and also that the metal pinchers may break off, but so far these things have not happened yet. I hope they can still get used next summer to keep the critters from eating my harvest.

I love these like binder clips only plastic. They’re decent value for me to use with my plants. I love them.

I am so glad I purchased these clamps. They remind me of Binder Clips which are quite handy to have around. I like the fact that you can clamp a pipe with these clips and be able to remove the metal prongs after clamping the pipe. It just looks neater. The clamps are strong and have not cracked or rotted. Perfect for my needs which was clamping Sunbrella fabric to pipes on a small cabana.

I purchased these to hold some netting on to a 1/2" PVC tube that I bent into hoops to go over my garden. Basically to keep the birds and squirrels out. I like the fact that these sit snug against the tubing and keep the fabric netting from shifting around. My only negative comment is they do take a bit of strength to open due to their shape. I did not find them hard to use but my elderly neighbor had a harder time fiddling with them and she was helping me set things up. They may loosen up with time but on first use and after a few re-positionings, they were still quite sturdy and stiff.

I used these to clamp a fabric backdrop on a 10x10 pop up tent. They held the tapestry up through some massive gusts of wind that knocked over an empty chair.
