Very hard finding the information you need to help set this pool up contacted the seller they sent me to help videos. The video doesn’t play. There is nowhere on the site that tells me what size and what we need. definitely not made to be done by a homeowner. Keep having to stop and walk away from the frustration. Can’t get the information that we need no help for this exact pool. No pump information no Direction. Definitely not an easy set up!!!

This was a real b*@tch to install. The directions were horrible to put it mildly and there are no videos out for this exact pool so nothing online even helped. Pump and hoses leaked because either there were no gaskets or they were missing. Pump has no on off switch. You have to unplug it to turn it off, which also seems ridiculous. This was miserable. Yes, it's finally up, but only by the grace of God. We tried contacting seller to see if they could help us out and absolutely no answer.I would think twice about ordering this pool and definitely about ordering from this seller.

La piscina está genial. Tiene unas dimensiones super buenas.Pero si la vas a comprar hazlo en invierno para que puedas usarla con tiempo porque si te faltan piezas EL MALDITO VENDEDOR NO TE VA A RESPONDER.DESDE EL DIS 17 DE JULIO ESTOY HACIENDO RECLAMOS TRAS RECLAMOS Y ESTOS PERSONAJES NO DAN LA CARA.ME FALTARON (16) PIEZAS.😡😡😡

It took 4 men to put this pool together. That is the only downside. It is a full weekend project.Other than that, it is very nice

Half the parts was missing/skimmer was cracked and directions are horrible I wouldn’t recommend

Pool is very very hard to assemble the instructions were very vague and hard to understand. The pump that was sent with the pool is wonderful but the hoses that came with the unit all leaked and we had one break had to purchase better ones at our local pool store . If buying this pool I would recommend getting a pro to set it up. Once the pool was up and running it is so far great.... we shall see what the future has to offer with this pool...... Good luck yall

I purchased this pool in March 24. Cleared and leveled a spot. Put down the ground cloth that came with it and set up the pool. A weed is literally growing through my liner. Not recommending this pool.
