Only 4 stars because I haven't used it yet, but did get it installed in my odd-sized mash tun and it fit just fine. Plenty of silicone hose (I only needed about 4") and fit snugly to the barb on my false bottom. One review I read above stated it came with a female connector but the one I received was male, fit perfectly in the bulkhead. Will update review after I brew with it. Very happy!

Just did our first all grain batch in Igloo coolers with this connected our false bottom to our ball valve. Worked exactly how it should. We did have to trim it just a bit, but better too long than too short.

Used this for the 9 inch false bottom for the 5 gallon igloo jug. Not a lot of tube needed, only a couple of inches due to the small size Tun. Anyway, it does come with clamps but they are not needed. There is no pressure there and there is no way for the tube to fall off. The clamps only make it harder to remove to clean.

You get a little extra hose than you'd need for a standard "gatorade" cooler, but it's easy to cut. The ball valve I had was a 3/4" female or 1/2" male and the tube comes with a female adapter. Just keep that in mind and this is a great price for not having to hunt for all these fittings.

More than enough length for any 10 gallon mashtun cooler. You may need another 1/2 NPT FEMALE///// 3/8 barb fitting to connect to your ball valve. I had 8 inches left over after I trimmed to fit. Came with two good clamps and a 1/2 inch male to 3/8 of barb stainless steel fitting. I can not attest to the metalergicall of the clamps.

High quality stuff! Needed to be cut to proper length to fit a 5 gal round cooler, but it was easy to do. Nice purchase.
