I attached this to a 6kg CO2 bottle fitted with a regulator set at 50 psi and it works great for making carbonated water. The caps attach well to 1.5 liter bottles (of Schweppes seltzer) which are available in my country (Israel) and the carbonator attaches securely to the caps. It was easy to install as there are tube holding mechanisms which allow securing the tube to hardware at both ends using a screwdriver to tighten a ring that fits around the tube. The tube is long enough to comfortably make seltzer.

the stainless steel carbonator cap alone is worth the cost. way better than plastic ones. with a regulator and co2 bottle you have all that is needed for seltzer. well worth the price.

Good price and it does what it odd supposed to. I added a bit of tubing to the Barb coming off of the cap to direct the CO2 into the solution for better carbonation. Also, remember to keep the CO2 tank above the bottle you are carbonating (and remove the quick disconnect when agitating) to prevent the liquid from flowing back up the tube and into the regulator.

This was combined with the regulator in the picture. The regulator came with thumbscrew hose clamps, so I used those instead. The metal 2 litre bottle adapter is nice.

I wish there was a regulator on the tube because you could potentially blow up a bottle by overfilling it. It works good for what it is but I can’t stress this enough. You must be very very very careful.I’ve used co2 and overfill a 2 L bottle and it exploded into a loud bang. It was loud enough to splatter the liquid all over the room, and cause of ringing in my ear. I would also suggest to use it outdoors if possible.
