Did the job I wanted it to do. I got these to replace thumb screws on rifle stand, as the ones that came with it were plastic & they broke. I had to cut these down to fit as I wanted & put a point on the end. They work as they should & I don't think I'll have to replace them ever again.

I should have read a previous review. It is not as described because the description said it is stainless steel. It is not....

I waited a good long while to get these screws and finally they come in. I need them yesterday. They are for a marine application and they have to be stainless. They were advertised a stainless. They are not stainless. Do not order these screws. I called Hillman and they tell me to call Amazon so I guess I’m going to try that.
