I was using 1 inch fire bricks before and was having to bend over really good to do the melting pouring into the molds. Got these bricks and stacked them up and totally changed my efforts. Thanks

Used for a slump in fusible glass in my kiln. Remember to kiln wash at least 5 coats. Fiber paper is a good idea as well.

Very poorly manufactured - angles are not square - butt them up together and you will have visible gaps. Also two bricks sideways butted up against a brick long way does not equal a square; you end up with 3-4mm overhang on one side so if you plan on not using mortar between them there is no way to create a tight heat seal…..

These are working very good for brase welding. I have them fastened to my welding table.
