I got these gels as my 600 Watt flash is sometimes too much for indoor portraits within closed spaces. I put the ND gels over the flash bulb and they work GREAT at reducing the amount of light at the flashes lowest power. I would absolutely buy this, it's a great product!

I really like these neutral density sheets and have used them with a work light that I use as a continous source for photography.A few things to note:The sheets are very thin, so be careful using them around lighting equipment that gets hot or they could melt.There is a little shift in color, so make sure to do a custom white balance or shoot a good target.
