11 months after buying this (admittedly super cheap) charger, it stopped working. Immediately upon messaging the seller they mailed me a new one - no questions asked & no need to return the original.Impressive.

I've had my Surface Pro 7 for 6 years and the original charger was intermittant. This charger works every bit as well as the factory original.

The charger works how it should. The box does run hot so be careful when charging.

This was amazing. It come absolutely new. It was the right size for my laptop and it charges my laptop really fast and is really durable. It’s great for the price it came with.

If zero stars was an option I would select that. My microsoft surface pro will not accept this charger. I’m not sure if its microsoft or the maker of this charger who deserves the zero stars. The charger looks right and begins to charge the laptop but then rejects it and stops charging. I’m sick and tired of cheap crap with false advertising getting sold on here. And sick and tired of tech companies making it difficult to charge the equipment that, at least in theory, I own. Waste of my time. Don’t but this and really don’t buy a microsoft surface pro if you haven’t already.
