It is a very sturdy, great quality product. And it holds a lot of lobsters. Used it on my kitchen stove top with no problems. Probable will never use it outdoors, but that is just who I am. I think it would do very well in an outdoor kitchen. Versatile, so you can use it for any seafood dish you are preparing for lots of guests. Chowders, gumbos, bouillabaisse--whatever. It is huge and heavy, so I store it under a kitchen tea/bar cart. During a recent hurricane, I stored water in it and kept it in my garage sink. It was the largest vessel I had, and I was very glad to have it!

I absolutely love this stock pot. It has completely replaced the other pot I used to use for soup. It's pretty heavy but excellent quality, looks and feels expensive and the handles make this a really beautiful piece of equipment. I love the little ladle that came with it too.

I wanted a quality stainless steel stock pot to make bone broth. I wanted to make it on the stove top instead of crock pot so it needed to be a quality pot so that it was safe to just slow simmer for over a day. This pot is heavy (in a great way) and the lid fits nicely. It has a vent hole so no chance of boiling over. I have bone broth that has been slow simmering (a slight roll going on) for 24 hours and the pot has lost very little liquid. The handles stay cool! Exactly what I was looking for, it goes beyond all of my expectations because it’s really beautiful too!

easy to clean. My pasta never sticks to the bottom. I have had anti-stick coatings on stock pots that the pasta would stick. This one is great. I love the fact that it is non-toxic. Outstanding soup pot. I am really happy with this product.

This pot feels like it means business. Nice thick steel bottom but balances nicely in the hand. I've used it several times. It cooks evenly and quickly. I like the pot a lot and it's fast become my go to favourite

Pot came undamaged and in good condition. Seems to have a good weight to it. Bottom seems flat and the lid fits well. Can't wait to use it.
