I got these to insert into threads and ports of parts that I am powdercoating. They would also work for spray painting, but their being silicone makes them heat resisitant which is perfect for powdercoating.I'm not really sure that I get why there are different colors because it doesn't matter what color they are, but that also means I don't care. They work well for the purpose and there are enoigh variations in size to plug up holes on most parts that will fit in an oven.

Great for plugging small tubes like brake and fuel lines to stop leaks while making repairs. Perfect for plugging holes to keep them from filling with paint also. Soft and easy to install. Pretty easy to clean too. Handy little assortment of sizes for many uses.

Need to remove the rust from my CT90 gas tank. to do that I need to plug some holes and pour rust remover in the tank and let sit for 24 hours. these were just what I needed and moderately priced. You get a decent selection of sizes and 140 pieces. they are very flexible so you can stuff them in the holes and make a good seal. also would come in handy for painting where you need to plug holes before spraying. for 12 bucks I would say its a pretty good deal.

I use these to cap off potentially sharp points. You can easily thread these on a screw that is protruding out the bottom of a shelf for example. I have some makeshift shelving in my pole barn that were hastily built and I never hacked off the edges of the screws I put in the brackets. I use these to keep me from busting my head open on the screws when I eventually knock my head on the shelf. You won't be disappointed with using these for that particular application and I've done it many many times.

These plugs are as advertised overall and should work well for my needs (generally, automotive work where I disconnect a line and need to block it off). It's worth noting that at least for that purpose, these plugs run a bit on the small side, and they are surprisingly firm. I would love to see a set that trades the smallest sizes for one or two larger.

This set of 140 silicone plugs in 9 different sizes is quite versatile and goes beyond its primary purpose of capping glass tubes or lab bottles. The high-temperature-resistant plugs can also be used to protect the tips of sharp objects like awls and compass prongs. I've found plenty of creative uses in my shop, and they have proven to be a practical addition to my tool collection. Their flexibility and durability make them useful in various industrial and DIY applications.

I got these for plugging small holes in stuff I need to spray paint. These stoppers cover a wide range of holes from about 1/2" down to maybe 1/16". They are flexible with a narrow taper so they actually stay put without falling out. Much better than rolling a plug out of a tissue or paper towel. They are lint-free, and the silicone releases paint overspray neatly. These are nice plugs. Highly recommended.

These are a must in any DIY garage or shed. Having them around when you need to change out a fuel line that doesn't have a shut-off valve is priceless. They come in many sizes, from the small weed whacker line to your car fuel line.great product
