The lint stick to me is a little short but has hard bristles so that way it cleans all the lint out of the vent. I do feel like it stills pulls out the bulk of the lint and helps a lot. Love that this set came with a brush that you just screw together to clean the back dryer hose/vent. Perfect little kit!
