This is not the items shown on the website. I ordered this product twice thinking it was a mistake. This is a great example of false advertising and product quality. Completely dishonest. So unsatisfied. 😞 I had the give this product a star because I couldn’t continue with this complaint. This product or advertisement don’t deserves any stars.

I installed it loosely and in the following morning it was already showing signs of overstretching and sagging. I think because the grommets are too far apart to support a 12 x 16 panel that i ordered, so i returned the item and glad I ordered a different one with grommets that are spaced every 2 feet and the material is heavier and doesn't stretch as much.

Very poor quality. Ripped on my pergola within 3 months. Not designed for weather. Originally we were very hopeful as the fabric was a nice color with grommets and elastic straps to hold down in place. Very disapppointed when fabric failed and ripped on both sides of pergola. See images. Don't buy unless only needed for 2-3 months.

This shade is complete junk.It got a tear within a short time....now weeks later, it is just completely falling apart. I guess you could say it is composting. two months in service.Contacted Amazon to get an assist with vendor,....they were going to send replacement....never received.Don't waste your money.

Tarp seems to be well made and looks good but none of the other stuff that is in the picture came with it. It didn’t come with the bungees or anything, that’s the main reason I made this purchase
