This is an exact fit when compared to original fan that came out of our kitchen range hood. Just 2 screws and plugging in wire and it worked like a charm. No vibrations or loud noises. Easy to replace, takes about 15 minutes or less.

I don't remember the high speed being this fast, but 90% of the time, I use the lower speed, so I'm not sure. Went in easy - about 5 minutes, and part of that time was fishing my screwdriver out of the junk-drawer.

My range hood is old - looks good but the motor gave out. Nutone Solid State from I think the 80’s. Both my husband and son took the old fan out and put the new one in. It took a bit of maneuvering and some adjustments, but it made it and it works wonderfully. Not too loud, nothing rickety, all very good!

This replacement fan system, fit our BROAN range hood perfectly, restoring the exhaust fan, but quieter than the original. It was easy to install with a plug in that matched the plug and a two-screw bracket setup. Recommended!

The fan arrived on time and fit in the existing range hood. However, the wired connection was not the same connection as the old fan. I had to take the old electrical connector from the old fan, cut the new connector off the new fan and wire up the old electrical connection to the new fan. When I turned the fan on it was blowing down on the stove instead of pulling the air out through the vent. Reversed the wiring hoping that reversing the polarity would fix the fan blowing in the wrong direction. It didn't and now I can't send it back because I had to cut the plug off. Not sure how I am supposed to ensure that the next fan is designed to pull the air out through the hood vent.

Works well with 2 speeds, I highly recommend itComes as a full kit, bracket and blades with the motorThe wires are relatively short, I had to extend them, no manual came with it, so I had to figure out what wire is the common, what wire is low speed and what wire is high speed

My husband had to change the wires as it was the same plug as what we had. But it works and that’s all that matters

We purchased to replace broken oven fan my dad kniw his stuff and emailed me this link. Very grateful.. It was installed by electrician dad and not even 5min after install there was a smell. He took it down and the white area had burn brown marks. I asked him if he could salvage and he did. Took apart the part he needed for old fan (the fan part as our old one chipped when it touched an ill fitting new filter creating an imbalanced prolpolsion a no no)Lesson: do not purchase this product ahead of time as you may get a lemon and Amazon has a time limit for rechange/returns.I am still very grateful to have this product availabe and understand that there may be a bad one in a bunch.I looked for the picture but didnt get to take one as I was hurried along to my duties and retro fitting took place on the spot.Cheerios
