This was great for the price. Came with a pry tool 2 scewdrivers, and a new battery. The 2 screwdrivers were magnetized, and worked perfectly to open my dell xps 15 and replace the battery. Took all of 5 minutes, it had about 60% of charge. Windows calibrated quickly, based on the old battery usage it estimated I had 1 hour remaining from full charge, but after calibrating it changed to 7 hours. I know it won't go that long, it will just take windows some time to calibrate to the new battery. This was worth the money. This laptop has a lot of life left in it. It will be interesting to see how the longevity will be, but I wil check back in and update my review if anything changes, but for now this was an AWESOME purchase.

I am trying to reach out to them and am not able to reach anyone except Amazon and bots. The battery came in a great package and was very easily replaced by me. I then started to see that the battery will not hold a charge after 30% I thought that was a new battery problem. But now it will not even allow my laptop to go to sleep because it will not hold a charge at all. I need to use my laptop for work so this needs to be resolved asap.Update: Once I left a negative review they reached out to me and shipped me a new laptop battery. It didn't come quickly but that's ok and they also had me keep the old battery. As if either of us need that bad battery. The replacement battery works great so far and hold a good 6 to 8 hours of charge at full working hours. That is quite the leap from the bad battery that would not last even for 30 minutes. Great product after the defects are ironed out.

Fast shipment. Arrive fast day. I like that the battery shipped with two 2 screw drivers and a plastic tool to unscrew and pry open the back cover of my laptop. The replacement battery fit perfectly. Installed and booted up with no problem. I would recommend this product and seller.

Worked great at first, but lasted ~5 months before breaking. Shows charging at 83%, but taking out the power cord instantly shuts off the computer.

My laptop battery was swollen, causing the trackpad on my laptop to lift up in an unusual way.Replaced the original battery with this one. It is working so far, though I have not had it long. I also don't unplug very often, so I can't comment on the battery yet.Installation was easy, but the two included screwdrivers are BAD. Be sure to apply pressure if you are using them since if you don't, you could easily strip your laptop's screws.Fortunately, there are some affordable products to help you out of every kind of jam that you may run into... this is speaking from experience, unfortunately. In my case, I was able to get the T5 Torx screws all out but I badly stripped one of the two philips head screws under the Dell nameplate cover... the second item helped me remove the M2 screw successfully using one of the smaller bits (not the smallest but the second from smallest).Anyway, it's all installed and working seemingly as well as the original Dell battery now.

Replacing the battery in my Dell was easy to do after I found an online video for my particular model. There was a screw under the DELL logo that I never would have found without the video. Battery works great.

Was running around looking for tools to remove the casing. The Dell xps laptop uses some type for star screws that's not common, at least not in my tool sets at home. I was kind of bum out that I had to go to my work to get the star tool driver. I decided to open the box just to take a look at the battery. When I took the battery out, the tools to open the laptop are all included! This made my day. Install was a breeze. They should wrap the connector together like the OEM battery so it sits in the laptop more easily. I had to push the multiple line into place. Other than that, it was easy to install. After install, I charged it for several days while using the laptop plugged it. On 4th day I used on battery power and it gave me almost 5 hours of battery life ( I use it in on 100% battery saving mode). Overall am happy and would recommend this battery to anyone.

Installed today along with upgraded memory and HD. Tye battery wasn’t charging at first. I figured out that our charger is bad and the battery seems fine.We will see if it lasts but so far, the battery is working fine.
