This seems to have everything I will need as a fiber artist. I was unsure when I ordered this set. I almost went with a different one because I wanted wooden handles. These ARE wood, just painted to look cute. The handles are comfortabe and the needles are strong. I am punching through canvas, so needed something that could handle that. The finger cots are not at all what I expected. They are leather and they actually fit! I don't know how this set can even be produced at the price it is sold for. I am very happy and highly recommend it.

I didn’t know that I needed all of the items that came in the kit to get started. After a few YouTube videos, I was creating things with such excitement and joy!

I do have some experience with needle felting, having taken three classes in the art. However, I was somewhat stalled in starting a project at home because my equipment consisted of just one needle and some random bits of wool. The 99pc kit looked like the perfect way to get started again and was inexpensive enough so if I decide this isn't something I have time to pursue I don't feel I've made a big investment. I also liked the small project pad that came with the set, as I can use it on my lap desk, which I use to work on projects in the evening. So far the needles are fine. Any needle will break easily if not used correctly so you do have to be careful. There are websites that show you how to hold it and how to avoid puncturing yourself if you need instructions. Overall, I would buy this again as a beginners' kit. It has inspired me to continue to learn more about needle felting.

Came fast looks like everything that was promised exceptI got 2 Glue sticks with the package, not sure what they are used for in the felting.

Can never have enough needles for needle felting. Unfortunately, very fine, delicate needles do break, so having a good back-up supply is necessary. Pricing and quality is very important and this set is a great representative of both!
