These are great! I got these to make with my sisters for a fun crafting night. The instructions and tutorial video were easy to follow. I would definitely reccomend if your new to felting like me.

This was my first time needle felting and it was great! Only poked myself a few times on accident. Great kit and helpful instructions. I went for a more organic look of a black capped chickadee and with the remaining wool made a small heart for it to hold between its wings. Had a great time crafting! The detail bits were definitely more challenging but I hope to needle felt again soon!

Cute easy projector. Good instructions and video. Use the QR code to watch the video. It makes everything easier. Gave plenty of roving to complete the project. Was very happy with the kit.

Each bird felting kit came in its own individual package with all the necessary supplies (instructions, felt, needles, foam). It was very easy to do, though I do feel the instructions are lacking (I.e. how much felt to use, tips to felt things together, how to make the tiny feet, etc.,) but YouTube has videos to help! There was also a video provided via QR code which was nice. The only thing I really didn’t appreciate was that the needles appear dirty and leave behind residue in the foam. I did accidentally prick myself, so I would recommend getting finger guards just to be safe. Not sure these needles are lead free.. overall, super easy kit! I even have enough left over felt to make a second chicken. I haven’t yet made the other birds but will try to post pictures when done! This is a very relaxing activity if you need something to focus on & the felt is very forgiving, which is good for people who stress about mistakes! Please note, I didn’t put on the strawberry because I didn’t like it, but there was plenty of felt left!

Product was fun to do with my 9 year old. Each one took about 2 hrs to do by ourselves. My 9 year old did a better job than myself, a 52 year old. Fun projects and easy to learn.

This felting kit was so fun to create and I'm super stoked with my little chicken. There was a small piece of paper with a QR code linking to a instructional YouTube video. I don't love learning things via video, but I think it's totally warranted especially for such a tactile craft like felting.I'm really pleased how my beginner effort turned out. I didn't have much faith in installing the little keychain part so I am happy just to have the chicken sit as an ornament on my shelf. I didn't have some roving left over too. I wish some of the other kits included just the roving as once you have some of the basic tools, you don't need more needles especially if you are a beginner. Getting more additional tools (though they are included) is actually putting me off a bit from purchasing another kit.
