I bought this for my son for Christmas. I was skeptical because you never know what you’re “really†getting. To my surprise this was extremely sturdy, well made, comfortable & works as described.Assembly was pretty easy. Instructions were very clear & uncomplicated. *THERES A SMALL BLACK CAP SITTING INSIDE THE TOP OF THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM* REMOVE IT BEFORE ATTACHING IT TO ANYTHING! Or you will create more work. 😊I am very satisfied & recommend this chair for anyone who wants something quality & comfortable.

I bought two of these chairs for my two teenage boys for Christmas. They arrived on time and in good condition. The kids really like their chairs and say they are comfortable. My problem was the assembly. The parts were not labeled nor were they separated. All of the bolts, screws, screw caps, rubber washers, etc. were all mixed in together in a ziplock bag. I had to separate them out and guess which part was which by comparing them to the parts list pictures to ensure all parts were there before I could begin assembly. The assembly instructions were not clear, and I had to guess based on the illustration most of the time. And of course, nothing really went together easily. It took a lot of time, strength, gritted teeth, and a whole lot of curse words to put it together, but I managed.

Very comfortable reclines well. Fast shipping 🚢 only negative thing is the foot rest is not too sturdy.

Was excited to get this chair, heard good things. Assembled it in January and in March, two months later, just from sitting in it, it was ripped and worn out already. I'm not even a gamer, it was for a computer desk so I don't spend much time in the chair. If you need a chair for sitting in this may not be for you. You can see the "quality" in these pics. Will keep you posted if customer service tries to remedy this.UPDATE: This company is obviously NOT interested in quality or customer service. These embarrassing pics of a 2 month old product falling apart and no one reaches out or asks questions from "AA Products." PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICS AND CONSIDER BEFORE YOU BUY. Then, think about the fact they'll do nothing to remedy or defend their product. In America we consider this Bad Business. I don't write reviews often but this is wrong.

Idk if i got a lemon. But my chair was missing screws when i went to assemble. I was too lazy to order a replacement and do it all over again so i used the spare screws in the kit to make do. I’m no rookie when it comes to putting furniture together but this was the worst/most difficult thing I’ve ever had to assemble. Cheaply made. Don’t recommend this chair. It looks nice but eh. Doesn’t seem durable or like it will last long
