As someone committed to home workouts, I wanted to add some light strength training to my everyday cardio routine. The ab roller does a good job working abs, but I discovered I actually prefer an ab roller with a thinner wheel, as a thinner wheel seems to require my abs to work a little harder. The push up handles have sufficient grip to stay in place and not slide. I really like the jump rope - it's a fun little boost of cardio and is well made. The resistance tubes appear to have a slip for your wrist and the other for your ankle, and I did not find them particularly useful. Overall, it's easily worth $20.00 to have additional strength training equipment.

This bundle is a great price. I will be honest, the only product I religiously use is the ab wheel. It did take me quite a while to figure out how to use it. After watching several YouTube videos on proper technique, I finally have the ab wheel down pat and boy does it work. You will be sore for days after using the product, which is a good thing. Glad I purchased the bundle

I purchased this as Christmas gift for my husband, but I used it first because he hurt his back. In other words, I’m keeping it for myself.He does like the push up bars, so we will share them. My abs hurt, so I say it’s doing what’s intended.I need to work out, yet I don’t find it fun, but this has got me excited so I says that’s a win!

I bought this primarily for the wheel which is great. However the other bits that came with it are also good. The skipping rope is really good, so mostly I use the skipping rope and wheel but as time goes on I expect to make use of some of the other parts.
