Don't mind my cat's eating habits, hes very messy (this area gets cleaned daily). This mat is multi-purpose, both keeping the hard wood from being ruined, and providing a surface area where the bowls don't slide. It's cute, it's practical, made of soft rubber so can be bent in different ways if necessary. Ive had it for a couple months now and there's no tears and no signs of damage to the product.

Two of our cats love splashing water everywhere when they drinks from their water fountain. This is by far the best absorbent silicone mat we had tried so far. Perfect in size with modern designs. Love how it keeps our floor impeccable dry without drying it constantly. NO MORE WET FLOOR!!!

This mat (daisy print) is really cute in person, and more importantly- SUPER absorbent!! Our new puppy sloshes water everywhere because she always puts her paw in her water bowl, but this mat soaks it up and dries so fast! My only complaint is I wish it was a little bigger. It's not big enough for both her water and food bowl, only room for one at a time. Otherwise, love it!
