Bought three of these in one shot as the price was very fair. I have bought similar holders of good quality for comparable price so I expected the same quality bracket.These were nowhere close to good quality!1. The r8 slot was very rough (which I could live with) , but as soon as I went to test these in my First LC18 (bridgeport clone) I noticed the drawbar was not threading into the holder. I cleaned up the threads a bit and was able to get one mounted, however the torque required was about 10x that of a decent quality holder. This was the first strike..I then mounted up a good quality endmill and noticed the fit was very sloppy. Not a nice ~0.0005" sliding fit like a decent quality holder, more like 0.002" or 0.003", Strike 2!I then mounted a dial indicator and checked concentricity (run-out), the tool run-out right next to the holder end was 0.003", the other holder I have of comparable price is 0.0005" (1 half of a thou) .For a 1/2" diameter tool, these could potentially be used, but the rough drawbar thread makes them completely unsuitable for use as eventually the drawbar itself will get worn , which is not worth it for these cheap tools.Really disappointed with Accusize as generally what I have purchased in the past has been half decent!

Bore is 0.010†oversized and the finish inside is horrible. Didn’t make it far enough to check the runout. The Accusize sticker was broken on arrival so this may have been previously owned and somebody tried to bore the ID? Either that or very poor QC. Whatever the case may be the product is unusable.

Bought the 1/2" version. The hole was sloppy. Measured between .508 and .513 depending on the where I measured, meaning its not only oversized but out of round... So I could not load any tools that would not vibrate.Didn't sent it back cause I figured I could try to ream it or turn the hole on a lathe when I have time...
