I bought this for my sons. They’re just getting into high school sports and weight lifting. It’s simple and we all enjoy it. Currently, it resides in our garage and doesn’t take up too much room. The bench moves up and down easily. Little maintenance , I had to tighten the arm rest once. It’s nice to have one machine for arms and legs.The only reasons I gave it 4-stars is because of the set-up. Thankfully, I found a video on YouTube. And, it’s a right fit to get your ankles in between the padding for leg exercises.

Nice bench. Fairly easy to assemble. Ad was a misleading The picture included weights and they are not included. I thought it was cheap, but they called it a set so I went with it, but in reality, it’s a bit expensive for Just a workout station. We will see any year how the quality holds up.

Bench works great for what I need. As a person with broad shoulders, it was tough finding the right bench.

Thought I was getting more for the price. Does what it’s supposed to folds, functions properly, holds weight, doesn’t take up a lot of space.
