I bought these for keeping records organized on an open shelf. It technically works but feels very lightweight and if you only have a few records in it, it wants to move very easily. It definitly gets better once loaded up but kinda wants to bow outward somewhat.

I have a number of spiral bound cookbooks (churches, clubs, community, etc.) that are hard to keep straight because of not having completely flat sides. The spiral binding keeps them from fitting tightly together so they slide down and fall. This bookend keeps them upright without having to be tightly together. The partitions in the center help. Wish I'd found this a long time ago!

Ahora con las clases desde casa, mi hijo tenÃa todos los libros y cuadernos de pasta delgada no se mantenÃan de pie y terminaban todos amontonados, ahora con el sujeta libros se mantienen perfectamente, se adapta perfecto y puedes ponerlo del ancho que necesites, tiene 2 separadores internos fijos que dan mayor soporte. Me gusto mucho.
