Shipment arrived on time extremely well packaged. Absolutely no damages or even scratches. Assembly was very fast with very clear instructions. All nuts, bolts, and washers were packaged in separate bags and labeled to match the proper assembly step. Everything about the transaction and the product exceeded my expectations.

Took about and hour to assemble, no instructions included for assembly, but it is a sturdy bench for a good price and will save me money on gym membership fees.

The range of motion on the leg portion is severely limited. That said, the assembly was fine and I really liked that they put the bolts for steps 1-5 in separate baggies - no need to wonder which of the bolts is which like some kits have. The butterfly press is also very limited in range of motion if you use full size bumper plates and/or are above average height. Ditto on the preacher press if you have the pad in place. The welds were not particularly well done, but were powdered coated which is nice. It's very stable once you (first loosely assemble to check fit/parts, then second TIGHTEN the bolts again). That said, this is wider than most cheaper ones, so it is:1) Great for shoulder room (36")2) Bad for 60" bars. You really want at least 40" on your bar before the weight/mounts bulge and impede the rack jaws.Mine had an extra hole drilled off center (somebody screwed up), but I'm not doing 1 armed 100# butterfly presses so its still structurally sound on the re-drilled hole they did.Tip: The two wrenches included are slightly different on the smaller end.

Nice bench, easy to put together. The labeling on the bags of nuts n bolts does not match the instruction book.Figured it out. The chest expansion/ flys arms don’t really work for that, limited range of motion, can’t actually do flies.

It is a solid bench and I believe it can support 600 lbs of weight. The instructions are not the best but despite that I was able to put it together is about 1 1/2 hours. The bad thing is I am 5' 10 and the leg extension is not high enough off the floor for me to use. For our kids it is OK but both of them are under 5' 4 but my wife who is 5'6 has the same issue I do, When we bring our legs down our feet hit the floor about a 1/3 of the way down. For our son when he does bench press I had to take the handles out for the flies because he has to lay closeto the front of the bench and would hit the handles when he brought the bar down.If it was higher off the floor I would give it more stars but its current design 2 stars is the best I can do
