Put this in my daughters clubhouse, it seems great for her small size & it does hold me as well at 170lbs but I don’t think it would be able to do it too many more times

But my wife and I got this for non-yoga activities.Both my wife and I are getting older and I have increasing back issues. We were hoping this would help with increasing flexibility, etc.Installation was easy … simply attach the two hanger plates to the ceiling and connect the swing. It seems the swing would not support my weight.I am 185 lbs and if it could hold me it can hold my wife. I inspected the handles and the stitching and when I was satisfied, I slowing put my weight into the swing. It held me no problem. We have slowly started to exercise with it and I do have to say you will need to go slowly. This yoga trapeze can get you in some very uncomfortable positions … if you are not ready for them or you don’t have a spotter with you. You could get yourself into trouble really quick. With practice, my wife have been able to moving and inverted postures without assistance. But she did have to build up to it.We have hammocks and other hammock type swings. But this was the first one of these we have owned. We were not sure if this would work or if it was for us at first. But if you are careful and smart about your use of this swing. It has benefits for flexibility and back pain relief from stretching and positions you could not do without the assistance of this device.The only thing I didn’t care for about this product was that it only came with expansion screws which work well for concrete. But I had to use lag bolts for the ceiling joists.I was unable to locate any warranty either in the product information or item description.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I received this product in exchange for an honest review. All in all, we were amazed with the versatility of this swing and how easy it is to get used to. Take it slow and your back and body will love you for it. Hope this information was helpful. [4 Stars]

I tired my sisters yoga swing while visiting her and I fell in love with hers! I’m sure that-as soon as my husband gets around to putting mine up (ðŸ˜ðŸ˜œ) I will love mine just as much!

Bought this as a gift for my girl friend. As part of the suprise I wanted to install it. However it came with 8 concrete anchors instead of lag bolts. Was under the impression that this was a ready to install product
