The Alpine Cuisine Pressure Cookery is a very good cooking product and light weight because of the aluminum material. You will appreciate the light weight pressure cooker when it is filled with food to cook. All pressure cookers are a little tricky to use when allowing the stream to ventilate properly. Make sure the handles between lid and body mechanically sit properly to each other. definitely read the operator's manual. I recommend this product and will definitely buy the he Alpine Cuisine Aluminum Pressure Cooker again.

Es de buen material pero me costo un poco ponerla en funcionamiento. Las instrucciones no son muy claras y aunque es una olla normal, cuando la utilice no la tape bien y se le salÃa el aire, después lo corregà y funcionó bien
