I live in an apartment, and this pull-up bar hangs perfectly on my bedroom door. The only catch is, I can't shut the door while the bar is on there, but that's OK...it's very easy to remove and put back in place when I want it. Also, it's very easy to set up, out of the box. You just unfold the 'arms' until they click into place and then hang the bar where you want it! No tools needed...it's all one piece. This is obviously a sturdy item which stays in place perfectly well while in use, plus it has those little cushions on the edges of the bar which rest against the door frame, so, no damage to the frame. :)Highly recommended! Just be sure to measure your door frame before purchasing. According to the description, this bar will fit door frames which measure between 22-36". The door frame I'm using is 34", and the bar fits great.

Good option for a home gym setup. Very easy to collapse and expand for storage/use. I’m 185lbs and it feels secure in the doorway. Been using for about 6 months.Cons:- Center grips are a bit too close together, and the mounting hardware for the arms are uncomfortable against the hands. This prohibits you from using a wider chin up grip.- will leave marks above the door frame over time.

My door frame is pretty small and i was afraid it wouldn't have enough grip to hold on, but just the way these things are designed in general made it pretty secure, it will leave dents in soft paint though.

This is an amazing feat of engineering. I’ve used several different brands and models of pull up bars in the past and this blows them all out of the water.1. For 1 it’s higher and since im only 5’4 im able to do a straight pull up instead of bending my legs which I like. Strength seems to be fine so far. Oh also it’s a very easy set up. I didn’t even have to assemble anything. So far it’s a 10/10 for someone’s smaller like me I’m 125lb

Straight out the box 0 set up. You take it out of the box, then pull out the side arms that attach to your doorway. Similar to a chair, THAT'S IT! I thought it would rip off the door instantly and it never did. I live in a brand new apartment in NYC and these cribs are built cheap. At 200lbs this pull up bar keeps up. No issues at all. Everyone needs to buy this. Chin Ups (under hand pull ups) are best for this. You can use this for pushups as well but it moves all over the place. If you read this far, get this bro.

Once you figure out how to set it up on a doorframe, it is literally mere seconds to put on or off.The pull up bar is very sturdy and well made. We use it all the time and its fantastic.

I really like this pull up bar. The handles fold easily for storage and works great on any standard door frame. Very solid construction as well.

Wider then some pull-up bars so make sure you have a doorway with a bit of room on either side. Other then that it’s great

I was looking for a quality, sturdy, and foldable pullup bar. From dozens of offers available, I thought the more expensive product would meet my requirements, but this is not the case.Out of the box, this bar has already some paint defects and rust on the surface - which I could live with. The major issue here is the quality of welding of individual pieces that the bar is made of. I really doubt claimed sturdiness here. For137.50$ this is a major nope. Will be returning this item ASAP.
