Mounting Studs
Tighten studs clockwise

Install Mold
Install part (a) first as shown in the figure.

Install Punching Die
After the studs have passed through the plate, position the punching die in place.

Working
tightening the switch, use handle to operate the mechanism until the iron plate is punched through

Release the switch to reset the tool

First, it worked well on and off, what I noticed it’s not bled well from factory and comes with air in system. We removed all air from pump, has worked flawlessly. Have made over 50 holes with the 4 inch cutter and it’s still working. For the cost it paid for itself on the first job we used it on. Pretty happy with it!

Don’t waste your money. After. 3 holes done correctly, the unit couldn’t develop and pressure at all.
Just give me what I paid for.

I used this one day to make some holes in electic boxes. It worked flawlessly. For about 10 holes.Next day I tried to do the same, and I kept pumping the handle and nothing is happening, almost like it was leaking air or something. First day, maybe about 20 strokes and hole made. Second day, 50 strokes and not much movement. I turned the valve one/off a few times and it then worked. Maybe a faulty valve?This happened many times, randomly working and when not working, I have to turn the valve on/off several times and keep trying until it works. If this is how it works, it is not a very dependable tool and I am afraid when the valve will completeley stop working. it is like a time bomb, I dont know when it will stop working.

I made sure I used this several times before writing a review. It has worked well for the handful of times I have used it. I most likely would purchase a higher dollar/quality tool if I used it every day. But for occasional use I feel like it’s a decent purchase.
