I should have got one of these years ago, it functions so much better than a regular mesh strainer/sifter. It is most excellent when making broth / stock. The mesh thickness is wonderful, I used to try to use coffee filters, they would just plug up and make a mess This works flawlessly, quickly and cleanly. It is very easy to use, the handle, shaft and screen is very sturdy. It really is a good design. If I ever need to replace it I will buy this same exact one again, this thing is great!

This item is well made and nice and large as well.It will be very useful. Upgrading my plastic gadgets for stainless. Highly recommend this vendor.

I originally bought these to clean my fry oil, but I've also used it to get the last bits out of the whey when I make cheese. There's nothing special about them, they're obviously very simple, but they work very well. I think everybody that uses the kitchen should have a set of these.

I've purchased many kitchen utensils, this is my top ten. The size is perfect, and the design is actually what I wanted. Although it is stainless steel, the handle is comfortable and the sifting capacity is perfect.

Good product but a bit too small so I suggested getting a bigger tool for bigger work. I like it and does the job well otherwise. Worth buying
