I bought this item for my wife. She has some mobility issues and this has been helpful in allowing some exercise without associated impact on joints. She enjoys using it. She's starting at the lowest speed level and hopes to work her way up. I like that it has a resistance element to it. She hasn't used that yet, but, when the time comes we know it's there to make her exercising even more effective. Instructions are clear. It's simple to use. It's a a bit heavy so I have to move it in place for her. You may want to consider that for your situation.

Great little machine! Sitting at my office desk for long periods of time got me thinking what if I could use that time to increase cardio and cut down on my workout time away from my family? I wanted passive adjustable resistance and not something that did the work for me. Very pleased to find this under desk solution. And it is quiet!

The range of motion on this Elliptical is so limited that it is useless & of no benefit! When I tried to return it, the return policy is HORRIBLE! It was going to cost me almost as much to return it as the credit I would get! Do NOT buy one!
