About this item

  • Practical and Easy-to-Adjust Foot Trainer – Our ankle strengthener comes with a 6.3" (16cm) long bar and two 4.33" (11cm) long bars, all with hook and loop attached. You can easily adjust and change their positions to customize your workout. It's great for relieving ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and foot injuries, while improving balance and foot strength – a better choice than traditional balance boards, wobble boards, Bosu balls, or foam pads.
  • Premium Ankle Support Brace Included – Our ankle foot trainer comes with a skin-friendly, easy-to-wear ankle brace. It has hook-and-loop closures at the top and bottom, fitting both left and right feet. The soft inner layer provides padding to protect your ankle and foot from injury. Perfect for sports and daily walking, it also helps reduce discomfort and supports recovery if you’re healing from an injury.
  • Boost Foot and Ankle Mobility and Balance – This single-leg balance board improves foot and ankle movement and flexibility while enhancing overall balance. It engages your foot and ankle muscles, improving mobility and stability, and reducing the risk of falls or injuries. It's also great for relieving foot pain, plantar fasciitis, and is ideal for sports training or physical therapy. Our goal is to help you maintain strong foot and ankle mobility and balance as you age.
  • Compact Portable and Durable – Our ankle and foot strengthener is made from premium 0.47" (1.2cm) thick plywood for durability and long use. The board and bars have anti-slip, skin-friendly padding for safe workouts. Its compact size and included backpack-style storage bag make it easy to train at home, the gym, office, or outdoors. The bag also has space for small essentials, giving you a hassle-free workout every time.
  • A Compact Tool for Most People – This foot and ankle strengthening trainer is designed to boost foot and ankle strength and flexibility. It’s practical and easy to use for athletes, physical therapists, or anyone wanting to improve foot and ankle health. Each workout strengthens your foot and ankle. I ordered this not because I have an injury, but because I want to avoid that. I have had plantar fasciitis before in the past and it’s pretty miserable. I also am in my 60s with weak ankles and over-pronation. So, I thought this product would help me build strength in that area. And while I do like this set, and I do feel it will help me to strengthen my feet and ankles, figuring out HOW is going to be on me.The little booklet of instructions that came with it is pretty useless to me. It has a lot of pictures, but they aren’t clear enough to know exactly where to place the bars and there are NO pictures showing where or how to place your foot or do any of the exercises. There are QR codes that you can scan to go to YouTube videos, but it’s a separate code for each exercise, and I found the process to be a bit touchy and time consuming. I would not want to be trying to scan codes between exercises at all.I think they could have improved the instructions by showing screenshots from the videos to show the bar and foot placements better, and also by using just one QR code to go to a playlist of exercises for people who prefer to watch videos (not me!) So, I plan to try to mostly just look at the pictures in the product description and experiment on my own.Overall, I think the board will be fairly easy to use, and I like the fact that they include a bag to store and carry the parts. I just wish the booklet provided better images to show how to how to get started. Taking one star off for the lack of instructions.*Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products at no upfront cost in exchange for honest and unbiased reviews. This little device packs quite a wallop It’s made of sturdy plywood and has a weight limit of around 200 pounds. The included pamphlet shows about 14 different exercises (an internet word search will show a lot of videos that can be modified) and includes three removal/adjustable bars. The main body of the device is connected by rope and each wooden piece has anti-slip padding as well as hook and loop (Velcro) attached. There’s an ankle brace and small carry bag (backpack) included. This balance board/ankle strengthener/exerciser is easy to use and it quickly illuminates imbalances. Like any new exercise, it’s important to not overdo it. The QR codes (in pamphlet) link to videos showing proper form. The exercises might seem simple, but must be done properly. Having greater ankle strength and flexibility will help me in countless ways and for less than $20, is a great value.

Back in March I broke my ankle and foot and even months and months after healing, I was still experiencing pain in my foot and ankle. My doctor recommended doing some food trainings and this was something I decided to try on a whim. I LOVE IT! While the instructions are written very small they include QR codes to YouTube videos for each exercise. Plus the added ankle / foot brace-sock is VERY comfortable. There are really an unlimited number of ways to set up this balance ankle board bc everything is adjustable and removable with high quality velcro. 10/10 Highly recommend for people experiencing ankle recovery!

Very disappointed! The GOOD: Watch the ad video multiple times to understand this product. All items clearly displayed in the video. It is clear how the pieces are attached. The instruction book has QR codes to get to the videos. Probably won't slip even on wood floor. The BAD: Videos have NO verbal information as to what specifically you are strengthening with each exercise. If you don't watch the video to change piece position you won't remember which exercise you are doing.BAG: I didn't even know what it was for. After careful examination of the ad finally saw a tiny graphic - it is a backpack. I guess it is a BONUS item. The ankle "brace" is very light weight. It will barely support your ankle. An elastic bandage will do a much better job.The device is too complicated. Not because of the pieces aren't understandable but because it is not intuitive at all. You need to be standing in front of a device to watch videos until you learn. I have no idea when you would take it in a backpack anywhere. (Though this idea did make me laugh!)Unless you have a doctor or therapist that directs you to this product and will explain its worth I wouldn't buy it.

First off, the quality of this is very good. It feels solid and I think it will last a long time. But I agree with other reviewers that said the instructions are lacking. It’s hard to know how to set this up and use it without good instructions. I found the video clip on the product page to be the most helpful.I have an old ankle injury that causes instability. And once I figured out how to use it, this has helped with ankle strength and stability. In summary - I would order this again. It’s a good product for ankle strengthening and rehabilitation. But just know you’ll need to figure out your own instructions for using it.
